A real tough cookie , the professional Matfer Exopat,made from food Grade Silicone, and is virtually indestructible, withstanding temperature extremes of -50°C up to 220°C – great for the freezer, microwave and oven. The unique high gloss finish provides a non-porous, non-stick surface that will not retain odours or flavours, whilst the high-density, silicone walls promote even heat distribution and quick cooling. The removal of baked goods couldn’t be easier with these flexible friends – simply twist or pop out.
